New Club Registration System
Club registrations are transitioning to YMMS, a new and improved platform created to simplify the registration experience.
Youth Ministry Management System
To request a YMMS account, first make sure your church leadership information in eAdventist is updated and that your Sterling Volunteers background check and Child Protection training are current. Then, visit the YMMS website, click the purple button to request or reactivate an account, follow the prompts, and wait 3–7 business days for approval.
YMMS Help Manual
The YMMS Manual is designed to help users explore and learn how to use the program effectively. It includes step-by-step guides, helpful resources, manuals, and video tutorials to make navigation and management within YMMS easier for everyone.
Sterling volunteers
Sterling Volunteers is a background screening and child protection platform that helps organizations verify and approve volunteers who work with children and youth. Completing the background check and training is mandatory in order to register for YMMS.
