We need staff who can adjust smoothly when plans change, challenges arise, or schedules shift—something that happens often in a dynamic camp environment. These individuals are open to learning new skills, stepping into different roles, and supporting the team wherever they are needed most. They remain steady under pressure, maintaining a calm, solution-focused mindset that helps keep camp running smoothly and creates a positive experience for campers and fellow staff alike.
