About the Tribes
This is a camp tradition that was started in 2021. Every camper and staff member, upon registering for summer camp for the first time, is then assigned to a camp tribe. This will be their tribe for the rest of their CYB life. You can be a camper who is assigned to the Fire tribe and that means you will always be a member of the fire tribe, even if you work as staff years later.
Every summer, we have special games, activities, and challenges for the tribes to compete and participate in. It is a great way to build relationships, leadership skills, and teamwork.

Earth Tribe has at it's core the Bible verses in Genesis 1:1 and Isaiah 45:12. Their primary tribal color is green.
Water Tribe has at it's core the Bible verse of John 4:14. They are the defending tribal champions of 2021. Their primary tribal color is Blue.
Water Tribe has at it's core the Bible verse of Hebrews 12:29. They also have an awesome chant! Their primary tribal color is Red.
Water Tribe has at it's core the Bible verse of Acts 2:2. They have an awesome song! Their primary tribal color is Yellow.
